At Brooks and Kirk we offer a 30% discount for this course to any learner taking the CAVA assessors course.

Why?

Well... both qualifications are interlinked. If you are assessing a learner there may be times where you identify that a learner doesn't have the skills, knowledge or understanding. Who is going to teach this? A: Most likely you.

Many learners who take the CAVA go on to take the EAT because employers want it. They sit hand in hand. As some of the criteria are very similar why do the same work twice? The criteria that you meet in the EAT are cross referenced to your CAVA meaning less work for you in the long run.

Ultimately this is optional. You don't have to take it, but it will boost your CV massively if you don't have any teaching qualifications.
